Before Lennox was born, I was (still am to a degree) proud to be a hyper active person. I did not like to take breaks, and I enjoyed always being on-the-go. Insert MOTHERHOOD and how it changed me for the better.

Hello, my darlings! One of the things I enjoy the most about blogging – if not the one I enjoy the most – is showing you that looking chic is not a matter of money. This $26 dress is a great example! I was going to wear it the other night to go to the Sports Illustrated fashion show here in Miami, but Lennox was not feeling well, and I decided not to go. I ended up wearing it for date night the day after that and, let me tell you, it is a show-stopper. I love that the neckline is kind of daring and the skirt has a more relaxed fit which makes the dress easy to wear. It is all about balance. The dress fits a little big, so size down, and also comes in black – which I may try next. (more…)

Happy Monday, my darlings! I feel like I want to start talking a bit more about myself on the blog instead of just sharing fashion tips (which I still will). Becoming a mom has taught me so much about self-worth and about loving and accepting myself as life changes. Today, I want to talk about what I feel being confident meant to me during my 20s and how much it differs from what it means today, in my late 30s. (more…)
Happy Tuesday, my darlings! I actually did not plan to do this post – hence the not so great quality pic – but every single time I wear this suit I get tons of questions about it, so that gave me the idea to share with you my fave one-pieces that are mama friendly. As you know if you have kids, going to the beach/pool with a kid is so different than with no children. What you need from your swimwear changes dramatically and looking cute is not a priority. To balance that out, I have found you 5 suits – including one that is almost identical to the one that I am wearing (which is old) – so you can enjoy the summer with your kiddies looking your best.

Happy Monday, my darlings! I hope that you had a wonderful weekend. Today, I wanted to share the 5 most important things I have learned as a fashion blogger in hopes that they will help you if you are thinking about starting your own blog or you are struggling to stay motivated as a blogger. Happy Wednesday, my darlings! Spring is here! Which, in Miami, it does not mean exactly what it means to the majority of the country. The temps are awesome now – a bit more awesome than a few weeks back – and I am loving daily walks with Lennox. He actually enjoys them very much, as well, so I feel lucky that we get to connect doing an outdoor activity. (more…)
